The Thursford Christmas Spectacular, is the largest Christmas Show in England and live from the heart of North Norfolk, it is a pageant of colour, spectacle, and music. Set in the magical surroundings of mechanical organs and fairground carousels, with a cast of 130 professional singers, dancers and musicians – many of whom are West End performers. The 3 hour performance delivers an extravaganza of non-stop singing, dancing, music, humour and variety. It’s a fast moving celebration of the festive season featuring an eclectic mix of both seasonal and year-round favourites, with famous and much-loved chart toppers being sung alongside traditional carols. From small beginnings it has grown enormously. The present stage, from where you will experience the glamour, excitement and tradition of Christmas, is over 80 feet long with a state of the art lighting system. Additionally the onsite shops have a traditional and unique Christmas feel. There are sympathetically restored barns, containing steam traction engines, plus lots more; the building retains its original features and natural character to give Thursford its lovely unique Christmas atmosphere. On-site refreshments are available at Thursford. There are two refreshment areas which sell light snacks, i.e. jacket potatoes, sandwiches, ciabatta’s, hot lunches, a selection deserts, hot, cold and alcoholic drinks.
